The Progress of my Book

Well the rate that my writing is going my fist draft will be done by the end of April. I'm very excited to be reaching this milestone. There are many more to come and long journey ahead. I must say that it feels amazing to be working on making one of my long time dreams a reality. I believe that anything is possible as long as you believe that it is and that you don't let anything including yourself stand in your own way. All it takes is a little faith.

Something About My Book

I have decided to tell everyone a little bit about what my book is about. I have had several people ask me so I decided okay its time to let a little bit out. Here is a little taste or teaser on what my book is about: Have you ever wondered what it would be like if you were able to extend the quality of life longer, if there was no ailments like Cancer or Diabetes no Autism or anything else that plagues mankind. Well my book immerses you in a world where all of that is reality but getting there was not easy task. You become one with the main character Rachel who goes through trails and tribulations to get her fathers life work out for the world. Her fathers work will change the meaning of life as the world knows it.

The Beginning

Well I have decided to document my journey to writing my first book. I like so many other have wanted to write a book for a long time, years even. But I always had excuses of why I could not do it or why I should not do it. That was me standing in my own way then one day I chose not to do that anymore. There were many changes going on at my job and I started feeling like we were the rats on the Titanic going down with the ship. Because of that feeling it pushed me. I started to realize that my fear was slowly coming true that one day I would end up dropping dead in a cubicle miserable. A few days after my revelation I opened up a word document and funny thing started to happen the words started to flow right on to the page. That was about a month ago and since then I'm a little over half way through the first draft of my book. It feels pretty good to be even this far I know that I have a long way to go as we all know 'Rome was not built in a day'. I believe in my writing and I will not let anything stop me. I dont want to look back on life and regret or wish I would have tried harder. I will put my all into this book. I believe that anyone can do anything they want and that all it takes is hard work and to have faith in yourself and what you are doing. I'm no different then anyone else just a person taking a chance and having faith. That's all for now.
